Started at 75kg (1.83m) as a 18yo, progressively got more depressed and isolated, up all night playing vidiya, drinking sodie pop, and going on shame trips to get junk food at night. Which led to gaining a lot of weight, from 25yo to my current 28 I've been around 105-110kg (except for a few months last year when I ran ~50km per week and dropped 10kg). I also used to go to the gym a lot but it never made any damn difference. Anyway, starting today I am putting my weight first and my goal is to get to 80kg. Will track my weight daily, right now I'm at 105.1kg. Just posted this for myself, however I subbed and will check out the resources here. (I already know/have read a lot about cico, if, keto, etc. however only knowing about them hasn't managed to motivate me)
