After hitting a plateau at 245, I adjusted my calories based on my new lower body weight and started losing at the same pace as before. I lost my job mid November last year and spiraled into binge eating which had me peak at 260lbs after Christmas. Thankfully I pulled myself out of it enough to realize that my unemployment didnt need to be all bad. I used my free time to start meal prepping and going to the gym Every other day. Today I'm down to 239.1lbs, the lowest I've been in probably 5 years. I'm only 1/3 of the way to my goal weight, but I already feel fantastic and so much lighter on my feet. I'm so excited to see What life will be like at around 200lbs. Ive developed a much healthier relationship with foos along the way, and my cravings have gone down significantly. Thank you everyone for your inspirational stories that helped kick my butt into gear.
