Hey guys, I’ve been having a problem ever since I’ve started changing my diet I eat healthy and with a good caloric deficit for like 2-3 days and then the next day I have a binge at night resulting in around 4k calories for that day (Ruining my entire progress from the past few days). It’s really frustrating but I just can’t stay disciplined enough (especially when I work night shifts, I get home at night and eat a huge unhealthy meal right before going to bed cause my last meal before is usually 6 hours before that) Does anyone have some tips to lessen the appetite? To stop myself from overeating? :(
