Hey everyone newbie here. Quick rundown I'm 18, Male, 5'9" and currently weigh 90kg which is down from my starting weight of 112kg. I have no idea why but since losing another 10kg from 100kg I've been unable to stick to my diet for more than a week before ruining the progress I've made during the week by binging at the weekend. I've also struggled to stick to an exercise routine in the same way. I'm not sure how to get over these obstacles and it's very disheartening especially when I know what I am doing in terms of nutrition and exercise. I really just want to be healthy after being overweight my entire life and I have no idea how to get past this. Any help would be a godsend.
