Hi everyone! As the post says, I’m 80-85ish pounds down total. (I was 226 when I really started focusing on my weight, but around 235 at my heaviest.) 135 pounds is my goal weight. (I’m not unhappy with my body currently; I want to shift and be more fitness oriented.)

I’ve been plateaued now for about a month, and I need to get my ass in gear and hit the gym. (All of this has been done with calorie counting, CICO, and almost no physical exercise because I’m a bum.)
I’ve lurked here for many months. Thank you for the constant inspiration and motivation to keep pushing along. You’re all fantastic.
