Hi everybody! For months it’s been my goal to reach 145 on the scale but I’ve been having trouble getting there. I constantly linger between 150-155 on the scale every morning. I track macros every day. My macros were 145p/100c/45f however I recently changed them to 180p/170c/30f. I haven’t gained any weight with the new macros. My hope was that I was under eating with my prior macros and my body was holding onto fat. Since beginning the new macros I haven’t lost or gained any weight. Still fluctuating between 150-155. More about myself I’m a 28/female/5’6. I lift weights 4 times a week usually followed by cardio on stair master or treadmill for 20 mins. I also do orange theory HIIT training once a week. It seems no matter what I do I can’t get past 150. Any advice is appreciated!
