About a week ago, my husband and I started on keto. I've been using myfitnesspal to count carbs. I've also downloaded Carb Manager but haven't taken the time to figure it out. Over the week, I've found the most difficult thing has actually been eating an appropriate amount of calories. Before starting, I didn't have any problems getting all the calories and carbs and fats. I also never counted them. Now that I'm significantly reducing my carbs, I'm not getting as many calories. On the one hand, that's good, but on the other hand, I don't want too few, because that would be unhealthy. So by the end of the day, I'm not all that hungry after dinner, I've met my carb limit, but not my calorie limit. I find it difficult to find any snacks that don't have any carbs, or maybe I'm just too picky. Does anyone have any tips or snack suggestions?
