I've been counting calories and eating at a 1000 Cal deficit using my fitness pal for almost a month now. I'm pretty shocked to see the difference in weighing myself first thing in the morning vs after my first meal or halfway through the day. My scale measured a 7lb difference between yesterday afternoon after lunch compared to this morning after just waking up. To anyone who counts calories/tracks their weight regularly how often do y'all go about it? I've been recording my weight 3-5 times a week partly so that I can see the fluctuations on my way to my goal weight. What should I consider my "real" weight? First thing in the morning weight or after having eaten?
