Not sure where to even start?

Weight is something I've always struggled with. But years and years of family friends etc saying oh it's fine it looks good on you I haven't cared much honestly. Well finally had a chance to get on a scale today, 360 pounds. Couldn't believe it. Never expected it to get so high but that's my fault.

Well seeing that number, It hit me. No more. So there's some things I plan on implementing to help but looking for advice as well. I'm a 26 male. 5'11 360 pounds.

I plan on dropping soda and take out starting now. I also plan on starting to go for walks in the morning or at night when I have some free time. Maybe both.

So basically just looking for any advice starting this new journey. Thank you for reading.
