Hey everyone, I am working on changing my lifestyle and have committed to counting calories carefully this entire year. I use MyFitnessPal and I would love to be MFP friends with anyone who wants to add me so we can support and encourage each other. The more the merrier!
My stats: 24 y.o., F, 5’7” (170 cm), SW at the beginning of January this year: 213 lb (96.6 kg). CW 203 lb (92 kg). My goal weight is 125 lb (56.7 kg).
I’m super pumped now because despite being veeerryyy imperfect with my eating, and not really exercising at all, I managed to lose 10 lbs for January and it’s awesome to see that on the scale. I attribute this to being committed to tracking everything I eat, every day. Also, I’m encouraged bc I know there’s a lot of room for improvement and I’m going to keep getting better and better at this.
I don’t care if our stats are similar or not. If u need a motivation buddy or want to make your circle of friends a little bigger, add me. @bbyowl9
