Water Weight gain from increasing water intake..when does this all balance out exactly?

So I started weight training about 3 weeks ago and my weight increased from 168lbs to 171 in the span of a week which freaked me out at first since I was burning 800 calories a day working out (cardio + strength training and also HIIT/Tabata). Reading up on loseit, I saw that this was all due to DOMS and its natural to gain some weight when starting weight/strength training so I just brushed it off since my waist size was still the same.

So 3 weeks into my strength training, I went from 171lbs to 170 this past Monday so I figured my body was getting used to this new regime and possibly I'd start to see the scale move downward (with alil fluctuations here and there). But why stop there? I also decided to increase my water intake as well since I figured due to DOMS I must be severely dehydrated. I used to drink only 16oz of water a day, but increased it to 60oz since Wednesday.

Welp, for 2 days in a row I have been weighing constantly at 172lbs (yes..this is my weight first thing in the morning and after I went to the potty), and my waist size has ALSO increased by 2 inches making me look bloated.I know this is just my body letting me know that I was severely dehydrated, but my body still feels weird from this. I don't really find myself peeing more than normal (however, I did wake up around 3am because I had to pee..haven't had that happen in awhile), and this has also killed any kind of appetite I had which makes it harder to eat (I was only raking in 1200 calories a day, and according to MFP I didn't eat close to that amount yesterday since I was too full from drinking water).

So if anyone can share their experiences for when their body finally got accustomed to their increase water intake and started to loose weight, that'd be some great encouragement for me right now!
