I’m 5’3 3/4 and 150lbs. I’m aware I can lose weight but the issue is that I’ve been 130 and 140 and I still don’t have a stomach that I’m comfortable in showing off. I don’t wanna be 120, I think it’s too skinny for me and that’s how I was in high school and seeing pics, I knew I was too skinny. And even then my stomach wasn’t perfectly flat. I tried those waist wraps that make you sweat since I assume sweating makes stubborn fat burn quicker (heard that was false and I wastes my money). Do I need to get 115 and below or just accept that my stomach will never look good in certain clothes? I really need help on this
