Few weeks ago I made a diet change. Great success so far so I thought I would share. I am okay eating the same thing over and over so this won't be valid for everyone...
I am eating only Chipotle. Which, if you don't eat there sounds bad. But I am getting two things a day and I split them up into 4 or 5 servings total. The salad is lettuce, black beans, grilled chicken breast, tomato salsa (pico de gallo), corn, and some sour cream and cheese. The burrito is the same but replace the lettuce with a tortilla. 1) I am not dealing with feeling hungry like it is not enough food 2) I feel generally healthier- no IBS, no stomach aches, steady energy... I don't remember my exact start date, but I am down about 28lbs. I've made zero other changes. Tons of diet coke (I just can't help myself) same activity level- not sedentary, but not doing any overt exercise. Still a solid 70lbs overweight. I will get into the gym before long- but nursing a back injury so taking it easy for now.
