How to lose 2kg (4.4lbs) in 10 days?

34 year old male here. From July to December last year I dropped 12kg (26lbs) by lifting and boxing, skipping breakfast, counting calories, eating clean (high protein) and cutting out alcohol.

Around mid December I started pigging out, drinking again. The plan was to get back on the horse by January. Well it's February now and I am still being a pig.

I went from 78kg to 80kg again. Only 2kg but I'm sure my body composition has changed.

In 10 days I will be at a conference with my old fat boss and their crew. I'd like to use this as an opportunity to flaunt my trim physique (yes, I'm that petty).

What's the best thing I can do for the next 10 days to drop a few extra pounds and de-bloat myself.

So far the plan is:

  • 1500 calories a day (ish)

  • boxing twice a week

  • lifting 3x a week

  • morning run with basic body weight routine

  • coffee, water, etc

  • skipping breakfast

  • high protein, low carb, minimal sugar

  • no booze!

I ain't doing no keto crap as I'm too lazy and have to eat meals with the family.

How much can I expect to lose? I'm hoping the no alcohol will clear up my skin and get rid of the bloating

Any advice would be amazing
