30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 3

Hello lovely losers,

Forgive me for not keeping up on the comments over this weekend, I've been busy running around with my SO. We don't usually get so much time together so I'll be playing catch up on chatting with y'all.

Weight by end of the month 268 - 265: 270.8 this morning. 273.8 trend weight.

Stay in calorie goal (net): Should be good today. Going out for Mexican but I worked out hard & haven't eaten much today. 3/3

Exercise 5 days a week: 60 minute body strength workout. Kicked my ass & I loved it. 2/3

Self-care journaling once a week & love journals once a month: I like to do this on the weekends, so I'll get after it soon! 0/4 weeks.

Self-care treat once a week: Extra time with SO while balancing weekend chores I need to see to in order to prep for the week ahead. 1/4 weeks.

Practice drawing everyday: I'm going to do this before bed. 3/3.

How are you all doing? I went to a Cabellas. Why are the warmest sweaters also the ugliest?
