F/4'11/197 lbs. here! I did 21 Day Fix last month and with the holidays and some poor food choices, I didn't lose any weight.
I've decided that through January I'm going to focus on diet alone. I would like to do 80 Day Obsession in February once I have my eating habits under control (I really struggled with being hungry while exercising, so I'm going to wait just one month I think, unless anyone else has a better suggestion). I will be doing IF 16:8 every day and focus on consuming 1200 calories between 12-8 every day. My husband and I stocked the freezer with chicken, veggies, and salmon for the month and I'm all prepared!
