I'm not really one for shouting out my individual milestones, but I took some photos this morning and comparing them to last April's photos made me do a happy dance. Hope ya'll don't mind my sharing.
Just incase anyone cares, I do CICO and water aerobics/cardio/smith machines. I don't eat any particular food and I still drink in moderation. It's just sticking to it, even when your exercise gives you vertigo (water in the ear). Since a lot of people are just starting up I did want to say that your plan doesn't have to fancy or complicated to get you results.
