The more I lose the less I care. Weird as hell

Hey guys thanks to you guys I've lost close to 20 pounds over the course of a month but I noticed something interesting and kinda scary and eye opening at the same time.

I've noticed that since I'm losing weight and it doesn't feel hard for me I'm begining to lose seriousness instead of gaining motivation. Like "oh I can pig out tosay, no big deal it'll be easy to lose the weight back". Or "I'll take today off and start again tomorrow or I'll eat at maintenance this week and lose weight the next"

That's what lead to me last night just pigging out with no care in the world because I had this thought telling me we can always lose the weight or make up for that meal. I need to stop this.

If I don't be careful with this I know I would gain ALLLLL the weight back. How do I defeat these thoughts and anyone else experienced this?
