Monday begins a new week

I’m not even going to weigh myself when I get back home from the holidays, until after I go 2 weeks back on track.

I honestly feel like this week solidified my belief that I don’t need all the food and oils, that I can stick with my relatively clean and simple eating habits and be satisfied. I absolutely stuffed myself this week on more than one occasion and it didn’t make me feel better but sure made me feel worse, not mentally but physically. No idea how much I gained but it doesn’t feel like a mistake, and now I know I can get down to what I was before by eating what makes my body feel good instead of sugary food and buttery casseroles. Not to mention all my old acne problems came back from eating this kind of food.
