Hi! I'm mostly a lurker but I thought this would be the right place to get some advice -- I take an antidepressant about an hour before bed because it makes me sleepy and I need to take it with 300 calories worth of food. I was doing a Whole30 and lost 9lbs in September but have since fallen off the wagon and my late-night snack has become an especially problematic time where I eat cereal or chips or whatever is on hand because I just want to go to bed. Any ideas for whole-food, easy 300 calorie before-bed snacks/tiny meals? I know ideally I wouldn't be eating so close to bedtime but I've tried moving my meds around and they make me too drowsy to function.
