Advice on how to lose a relatively small amount of weight?

Hi all.

So in the past year I’ve put on about 15 pounds or so. I started at 125 and am now about 140. I am 5’5 with a small frame and while I look fine with clothes on, my stomach has gone flabby. I feel my best at 123-128.

My self esteem is tanking. Every time I lay down and feel my stomach and compare it to how it used to be I feel so fat.

All my friends are super skinny so now I’m the fattest one.

I have been less mobile lately and stress eating a bit, which I am having trouble controlling.

But other than that not much has changed about my diet. I exercise 2x a week for about 1.5 hours each (though it’s mostly cardio and not super vigorous)

I’m finding it very hard to even shed a pound and I’m looking for advice as I’ve been told by everyone I ask that I shouldn’t worry because I look fine, but they don’t see how I look underneath the clothes.

Any advice helpful. Diet plans that have worked or exercise regimes that have helped you.
