It’s ok to slip up!

These last couple weeks have been hell for my diet. With increasing stress, school work, a family trip, and couple parties scattered in between, I’ve gained some weight back. And it would be so easy to do what I have in the past: get discouraged, say f it, and indulge myself. But gaining back 10 pounds does not undo the 60 I lost! It’s ok that I’ve gained a bit back, I’m human. It’s been rough. But, now I’ve recognized what’s been happening and refuse to sabotage all my hard work by getting down on myself. My school semester is reaching an end and while the holidays are a challenge, I’m gonna be ready for them. We all can do it. If you slip up, there’s no reason to give into your “feeling sorry and mad at yourself” eating habits. We can only pick ourselves up and keep moving forward. Good luck!
