So I lost about 45 pounds within weeks because of constant running,drinking water,& AVOIDING ALL SUGARS AND PROCESSED food I did all this because of Paranoia and Anxiety, I was paranoid that I might have diabetes so I paniced after reading about it and symptoms and just decided that im gonna lose weight until im average size (im 6'0 btw) So the problem is I have loose skin in my face (my face is thinner and more defined but the skin is a lil loose and noticeable when lying down) I also now have very strechy skin on arms,torso,and face what can I do to help with strechy skin im only 18 and my eating habits changed im not as strict anymore although i dont drink soda or anything I do eat alot if meats or sometimes processed foods so im not eating as healthy as before. Any advice would be appreciated wethers its Physical or Mental advice thank you.
