Well last week, my first week, I decided that my motivation to lose weight was to help with my ulcer pain and heartburn. With a mixture of Keto and CICO, I lost 7.4 lbs AND haven't felt this fantastic in months! Honestly feel so much better without the nausea from the ulcer and enjoying not having daily heartburn. Who knew one week of change can make such a huge difference how I feel! With so many reasons to lose weight, it was both easy and difficult to decide on why I want to lose weight this week. It all came down to how I felt this past week. So this brings me to this weeks motivation reason to lose weight...to continue feeling as great as I did last week! haha funny reason maybe but it'll do for this week.
