I'v been eating healthy and avoiding junk food for a few months and have lost my appetite and desire to eat. I just can't be bothered to eat anything and when i do feel hungry i just drink water or eat a boiled potato. I feel fine but just have no desire to eat anything. I used to plate after plate of Chinese food but now i can't finish a single plate before i feel full and sick if i keep eating. Should i be worried.
