I started my weight loss journey about a week ago and its been a rough start. I know I’m eating less than before but I keep going over the calorie limit the app lose it calculated I would need in order to reach my goal weight. This past week Ive been lazing around not having energy or will to do anything so today when I decided to do something I noticed my outlook on food completely changed, I wasn’t interested in stuffing my face! Its so interestingly sad how I view food as an activity, something pleasant to do while Im bored instead of nutritional supplements. I’ve decided from now on Im going to keep busy a whole lot more, even if its to take the dog for a walk, so that it makes it makes it easier to change my relationship with food. I posted this to make myself accountable.
