Last night, I had a slight mental breakdown. I was pissed at everything and everyone and I couldn't figure out why. Later after I cooled down I realized that my self image has been dragging my psyche down. I'm 19, 6'2" and 260#'s I've been pretty much addicted to sugar and eating like a pig for the last 19 years of my life. Slop like fast food has been keeping me fat and inactive for so long and I'm sick of it. I'm going to start by severely limiting my sugar intake, as well as starting to exercise more routinely throughout my week. I've always had a lone wolf attitude so I'm now turning to you all for some support. I've wanted to try Keto, but I've got no idea how to start and all that jazz. I also want to get into a specific workout routine specifically for losing weight (Muscle mass will come with time right?) Any and all support is welcomed and appreciated.
TL;DR: I'm sick and tired of being fat. I'm looking for some support and tips when it comes to starting keto and a good workout routine for fat loss.
