Increase in Belly Fat Jiggliness as Weight Drops

So far on this weight loss journey, I've dropped a little over 60 pounds, and things are going well (down the road I'll write my story). Lately, I've been noticing something interesting and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced it.

See, the majority of my fat was/is stored in my belly. As it has been decreasing, I've been noticing that my belly fat has become more jiggly (totally a technical term). It's not noticeable with clothes on, but is VERY noticeable without a shirt.

For people with more than knowledge than me on this, what is going on? I know fat getting softer means it's about to be burned, but it's definitely an interesting development.
