Hey lose it, thanks for being a cool community & resource! I "went CICO" in April, and have definitely made progress. But for the past month or two all I do is lose a little, then fall of the wagon and gain a little, just back and forth. My mentality has been defeating because when I gain a little I'm just like UHG well I might as well keep eating bad. Or when I lose a little I'm like, oh well its ok if tomorrow I eat more than my calorie limit. I was just doing so well for so long (down 20lbs) but now I'm stuck in this rut and I need help getting out. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks folks.
