Hi!
I'm female, 5'6, age 19.
On January 25, I weighed 168.4lb. I lost down to 152.8lb on August 8. I know it is a very slow loss, but I was really proud of myself. Since then, I got a little lazy with logging (final few weeks of summer with friends) and I managed to crawl back up at 161lb a couple of days ago. Today I was 160lb. I've been so hungry the last few weeks, I feel like I think about food 24/7. The second I finish a meal, I'm already thinking about the next thing I'll eat. I started a new birth control two weeks ago, which might be contributing to this, but I just don't know what to do. All I wanted was to get down to 150lb, and I was so close before ruining it all.
Any advice would be appreciated!
