How long did it take for you to see/ feel results?

Around a month ago I started my shift to a more consistent healthy lifestyle. I started by going to the gym 4 days a week, since I've been going before just was incredibly inconsistent with it. Now, after going for the last month I've made gains in my athleticism since then but the scale hasn't changed.

A week ago I started CICO. I didn't want to go into a drastic deficit because I am in school and the fatigue and mental fog would effect my studies, but I went down from my calculated baseline and if what my fitness tracker says is true, I should be in a fair deficit. (Close to 500 if not more). I'm not sure if my (sorry if it's TMI for most) period is interfering a lot. I hit a few days lower then a monthly low but the next day was back up to my "normal" weight, even fluctuating higher while staying on a deficit. I've also increased water intake so I know that's a factor but a 6lb increase seems a little extreme.

TLDR: I know it seems like I'm fairly impatient, currently, I'm just wondering if anyone is willing to share what their start looked like, weight wise. Did you immediately drop? Was there a couple weeks of hovering around your starting before you dropped?
