finally reached my goal, -20 lbs in 56 days

as i am european and using metric system i will provide data in kgs, sorry not sorry.

today marks the day i finally reached my firs target weight, i went slightly under 70 kg this morning. when i first started i haven't had a scale at home, so i used the one in the "gym" of the office. well i measure myself at home without clothes and always after waking up for consistency so the first week was an estimate. this gives the start at 78.9 kg.

i was just above 80 kg before this whole thing, but i started eating healthier even before the first recorded data point so that's just a guess

i've read a whole lot of things how you supposed to lose weight and i decided i will use the CiCo method aka calorie counting. first i overestimated how low i can get a day, but over time the sufficient amount of calories was settled that i was not starving and i would not overshoot my daily limit too much. the self control part was easy for me for some reason, i had hard times estimating the calories of meals i did not prepare and i tried to overestimate when i tracked it in the app. there were only a few occasions when i couldn't resist some temptation, and just went there and ordered that delicious pizza and guilt tripped myself when entered the tremendous amount of kcals in the app

i started excercising just before i started this diet, but i stopped it midway, i did muscle building and it did not really help. i tried like jogging and stationary cycling, but it was too tiresome... the only burnt calories were from walking measured by a step counter app.

the last half a kg was the worst, i was so close to my goal, and it just wouldn't go away... but it did eventually. i felt much more healthy when i was near the target, much more energetic. the next goal will be under 65kg (after i try to maintain this for a few weeks) then i try to gain back some muscles.

first post here, more data/graphs will be added if i process the data i recorded.
