I am reintroducing myself to this sub

I started using this sub 3 years ago when I lost about 50 pounds in 4-5 months using CICO and MFP.

Unfortunately I recently went through a lot of things. I got laid off from my job and I really was depressed living at home after I graduated from uni. I thought I was never going to get a job because what I do is extremely competitive where I live. But 2 months later I was lucky enough to get a much better job.

I did not weigh myself for the whole summer and ate all the food near my job and getting free ice cream every week did not help. I did not care about my body.

About 3 weeks ago, I went on a weekend eating spree and ate a bagel, 3 slices of eggplant parm pizza, fried rice, 10 crab rangoons, 8 dumplings and almost a whole carton of orange juice. Then the next day, a bagel, 3 cups of lo mein, 4 dumplings, chicken parm. After that I felt like complete crap for a few days I was so physically exhausted and noticed my tummy was bigger. I finally stepped on the scale and realized I was 202.5 pounds which really shocked me.

This was a real wake up call for me. I was really upset to change my old loseit flair from 40 pounds lost. I will never make the mistake of ignoring my weight again. I want to inspire people to get healthy again.

I have been doing CICO with the loseit! App for about 12 days and lost 3.5+ pounds, it isn't much but it's a start.
