I have a question in regards to the caloric number LoseIt popped out. I input my stats and the app came back with 1384cals/day to reach my goal at a rate of 2 pounds loss per week.
Now my question is, A) does your exercise (aka. Calories lost) go against this number? (So in theory I could eat more than 1384, as long as I burned off the excess to bring I back down to 1384) B) is 1384 cals for if you're completely sedentary?
I lied, I have a second question. I have a retail job that keeps me on my feet all day. LoseIt has a "walking" choice for exercise and you can even input the time (8.5 hour shift) for the distance you walked. Should I be counting this as exercise? (It's to the tune of almost 6 miles a day worth of walking according to my fitbit) I am too tired to workout on days I work, so I'm hoping the answer is yes :P
