Hello people I’m a 16 year old boy (6,3-191cm and 100kgs 215lbs)I’m approaching my last year of school next year and I want to look good for next year I look overweight and I hate it I look normal with clothes on even consider skinny but I’m really tall and girls find me cute but I need to be the school captain next year and need to look good as the school representative. I want to lose it all by next year hopefully down to 80-86kgs
I’m currently eating less then 1000 calories a day because I don’t know what else to do I also started work out 3/4 times a week this all started this month. I can start to see my muscles now but don’t think I’m losing weight what’s wrong
