Am I doing something wrong

In May of 2018, I was 6 feet and 215 pounds. I went to India for 3 weeks and became 200. Then, from that point to the end of August before starting college I had been grinding and only lost 15 pounds doing starting strength(3 times a week)and OMAD. Now in college after the first month I’ve lost another 20 pounds. I’ve kept up the OMAD but have been working out once or twice a week, but haven’t loss huge amounts of strength. I’m not complaining but just wanna make sure I’m losing fat.

Biggest changes since college: went from drinking 2 gallons to 1 liter a day. Walking a lot more, from 1 mile to 3 miles a day. Started taking concerta, my add medication. The temperature of my room has drastically decreased from 80 to 70 degrees. Eating higher amounts of protein, less fat, more carbs, and a larger amount of veggies a day.

I know it’s a hodgepodge of different inputs but my main concern is whether this is healthy or not.
