I have been CICO for a few months and am losing weight pretty steadily at this point (about 7.5lb/ month), but I can't seem to drink a lot of water without adding some sort of flavor to it (Britta filtered water at home, and not so good water cooler water at work). My goal is generally to drink 150oz of water a day (5 refills of my 32 oz water bottle).
If I am home, it may be just a splash of lemon or lime juice, but on the go, I have been buying True Lemon Rasberry Lemonade packets (sweetened with stevia, no sodium, no artificial colors, 10cal/packet).
What is your favorite way to flavor water? I am always looking for something new to try as well!
