I hope your Thursday is going by fast & fun to make way for Friday.
Weight by end of the month 306 – 308: 314.4. Smeh. Trend weight 314.7.
Stay within calorie goal of 1700ish: I'm looking at 1750 ish again today. Dinner with be veggie & protein heavy om nom.
Exercise 5 days a week: I may only have it in me to stretch & swing the tbar tonight, we'll see where I land after work & an appointment. 10/13 for the month.
Improve my relationship with food & my body: I didn't want my meal prep lunch today & I didn't use it an excuse to binge fast food. Progress! It feels silly to eat a meal prep I'm not hungry for even if it is virtuous. I need to work in some new recipes or something that I know will be a hit so I'm more on board with it.
Journal once a week, uninterrupted 60 minutes about stuff that matters: I'll handle this on the weekend. 2/4 weeks.
Self-care treat once a week: I think it's time for a trip to Ulta to gather some new lotions & whatnot come this weekend. 2/4
