People who have successfully maintained their weight loss, what are your secrets, tips and advice?

I hit my first mini goal today. 30lbs down. It took me 6 months, but it feels good because I did it at my own pace without giving up the things I love and making changes I knew I couldn't sustain. I still have a lot to lose but I feel optimistic going forward.

Yet, I'm a little scared. Because I've been this weight before. And I've been under this weight, at my next mini goal weight. I've lost weight so many times, only to rebound. We all know how hard sustainable weight loss is, they've even done studies about it.

So I wanted to ask the community here, the maintainers, people who lost the weight and actually kept it off...what did you do? What have you learned? What advice do you have for the rest of us?
