So today I weighed myself. I was at 202.4 this morning. Today I ate probably around 1500 calories. Now I went to weigh myself tonight, which I know isn't always correct, but I was at 208.8. So almost a 7 lb difference. I've never had a difference this much and I've been losing weight for almost 4 months now.
Water wise I've drank about 5-6 20z bottles today so I don't know if that is it. Food wise, I had a ginger beer and some bread with a sandwhich so I had some carbs than I usually have. The rest was either meat or low carb foods. I was extremely sore today from working out yesterday so I didn't today so the only exercise I got was yard work so I didn't get much movement in. I just wanted some feedback to see if there is something I'm missing.
