Just another accountability post...

I lost about 20-25 pounds since November and am now at a point where I am generally content with how clothes fit me, how I'm able to move, etc. However, I kind of brushed my fitness/body composition goals aside because I was like, "well, this'll do." Because of this mentality, I've noticed myself falling back into old patterns and losing interest in the journey. I haven't really gained much yet, but it's certainly coming if I don't get myself together and buckle back down. Aesthetically, I'm not where I want to be, but even bugger than that, I haven't gotten my stomach issues and energy levels under control, which was also a huge factor in starting to lose in the first place. Last night, I had 2 mcdoubles and a mcchicken from mcdonalds because I knew I was "starting again" today. And that's the exact logic I need to get rid of again. We werrrrrkin from now on.
