Going to try to go hard. @356 want to be at 280 by end of december.

Hey everyone, long time lurker. First time posting on this board. I am a 33 year old 5'11 hispanic male. I work as a contractor on fort knox, have been for the past 3 years. I have a confi desk job, where I get to sit all day and be as comatose as possible. This year I was lucky enough to work along side an awesome sergeant who took an interest in my attempt to lose weight. We would go to the gym twice a day and I was calorie counting. I went from 380 to 341 in about 2 months. It felt amazing, unfortunately this was only a summer rotation and he went back to his home station. I try to keep up with what he taught me, but I admit I have a weak desposition and without him pushing me I went back up to 356. Today was my first time back to the gym in a couple of weeks, I set up so I can start counting calories again, and I've found a renewed focus, not because anyone is pushing me, but because I want to. Something clicked over the weekend while reading the posts on this forum. I want to thank everyone who share their story here, whether it be a success or a set back, all of it helps.
