Hello redditors ,
I couldn't find a right place to post this so I decided I'd just ask it here. i'm a 5"8 male 20 years old 165lbs . used to be obese at 208 lbs and i lost more than 60 pounds on the first year without training . i ended up being skinny fat and I started taking lifting seriously and started on SL 5x5 program with more accessories included to gain strength and size at the same time .
my main problem here is my love handles, my upper back and legs are quit lean which make me look like an avocado , I've been watching myself eat at a slight deficit for so long I'm kind of tired of it. My lifts don't improve. My stomach gets smaller, but my ''love handles'' stay there. and I'm afraid I won't get rid of them until I get to the single digits of BF%. (I'm estimating myself to be 20% now).
