(NSV) An entire wardrobe of clothes has opened up to me again!

I started a weight loss program (keto) five years ago, and I dropped from around 290 lbs to 216 lbs over about 18 months. Three years ago, I quit my job and eventually started working from home. My exercise was significantly slashed, and I became a lot less active. My diet went by the wayside, and I regained 40+ lbs.

I have an entire wardrobe of "skinny guy" shirts that I bought when I was between 216-230, and none of them have fit me for a long time now. Some of them I've never even worn.

At the start of last month, I went into serious diet mode; just calorie counting this time. So far, I've dropped 15 lbs in five weeks. I'm now just 14 lbs from my lightest weight. I should be back to that point within a month or so.

I just tried on a load of my "skinny guy" shirts, and they all fit. Granted, some of them are too tight to wear in public yet, but I couldn't even fasten half of them not long ago.

It sounds weird to say, but I've missed dieting so much. I forgot how good it feels to stand on a scale and see a 3 lbs drop or to wear a piece of clothing that's never fit before. Not only that, but I have a brand new set of clothes to wear.
