I’ve been away from home for about three weeks and haven’t been able to weigh myself. Shuffling from camp to my aunts house to vacation hasn’t been to hard except for one thing. I don’t have a scale to weigh myself.
I normally weigh myself every morning so I can log it into MyFitnessPal and see all my weight changes. I don’t mind going a week or so without weighing myself because I’m not super obsessive but 3 weeks is a long time.
I took progress pictures in my hotel room and compared them to previous ones and saw a difference but I really want to see if my weight has changed at all. I would do (almost) anything to know my weight right now.
I’ve been staying in my diet even away from home but not being able to see how my diet effects my weight really discourages me. I feel like if I knew I have lost weight in the past few weeks it would be enough motivation to keep me on track.
I really want to know how much I weigh and I can’t stop thinking about it.
Also i want to include a quick NSV in my post. Today we went back to school shopping. At my heaviest I was probably a size large but I was in denial so I would always pick out the mediums. I was also a size 8 in jeans.
Today I tried on size 6 jeans and they fit PERFECTLY. I was super excited but didn’t buy them because I think when I reach my goal weight I’ll probably be a size 4 and I’d rather weight until then so I don’t waste my money now. I also was able to buy THREE shirts in a size SMALL!! I haven’t been able to fit in a size small in years and I’m so excited.
Sorry for this rambling, crazy post. I just had to get these things of my mind and hopefully get some advice about weighing myself.
