Hello lovely losers,
We made it to Friday! Proud of us. I had pretty awful nightmares again last night, as is per protocol. But today, a coworker complimented my weight loss today & I was pleasantly surprised it was noticeable. Especially since the coworker doesn't strike me as super observant otherwise. Anyhoo, onto goals!
Weight by end of the month 316 – 318: 322 this morning, trend weight 323.5. Dragging that trend weight down. Stupid uterus is full fledged uterusing so I imagine I'll be here for a while.
Stay within calorie goal of 1700 (ish): I have 1000 calories left for dinner. I'm hanging with a buddy & we'll probably grab dinner out, so I should be good to go. I kinda wanna try Noodles & Co new zoodles.
Exercise 5 days a week: My appointment got canceled so I did the beginner HIIT routine yesterday. Planned rest day today although I will likely end up walking around with my buddy. Still counting it as a rest day because no one is making me do squats. 8/10 for the month.
No binges over 500 calories: No issues here today.
Spend an hour a week on love journals: Tomorrow or late tonight. I really do enjoy this one, so I'm looking forward to it. 1/4 weeks down.
Journal once a week, uninterrupted 60 minutes about stuff that matters: Late tonight or Sunday. 1/4 weeks down.
