i hit the 300s this summer. now what? any words of advice and encouragement for starting a weight loss journey will do.

i'm a 21 year old female and i'm 5'5".

i've always been overweight, was 200 all throughout high school, then got to college and ballooned to 250 because of binge eating and drinking. i did keto and lost 30 lbs. gained 50 after i plateaued and started eating carbs again. i honestly haven't cared or tried anything for a while. i have a definite food addiction and it shows.

i'm a 300 lb woman now. i don't know how much i should weigh, but i want to be 130.

i follow people on IG who lost the weight super quickly, and i believe i can do it too.

i just really need some advice and encouragement to break the cravings and jumpstart my weight loss.

anything is appreciated. i promise. i already joined a new gym and am ready to make a change.
