I need advice how to quit drinking so much pop.

My OCD, anxiety and depression have been really bad recently and I've been eating more to feel better. I don't exercise anymore. I want to start eating healthy and exercising though. I know my biggest problem is drinking pop. I drink way too much and need to stop or at least only have it as a special treat. Has anyone else struggled to quit drinking pop? What did you do to stop? For me it's coke and pepsi. But I'll drink root beer or sprite as well if those are the only drinks available. I'd like to drink more water and more unsweetened iced tea.

Right now I think I'm about 290 pounds, I'm 6', 34 years old and I'm a male.
