I ate half a pulled pork sandwich, a smoked hot dog, cheese grits, baked beans and a bunch of beers at the best bbq restaurant in town.

And I don't care because I've reached a normal BMI and more, gained muscle and lost almost all of my fat, I've counted my calories all week and budgeted it in. And I can do it because of this sub.

the best part was thinking about what I was eating, then overeating the jalapeno cheese grits because they were so good and thinking "ugh this is too much" but realizing I'm still at a deficit for the week.

This sub helped me get to the point where I can do that and feel good about it. Though I still have a dad bod and don't have a 6 pack or whatever yet, I've met my goal weight, and have lost 8 pounds more.

Thanks for helping me lose the 50 lbs and helping me budget so I can enjoy my brothers birthday and have a night like tonight where I have fun, overeat and drink a bit too much.

As a lurker, you guys helped me more than you know, and you do it for thousands of people who never upvote or comment.I just wanted you to know that you're helping a lot of people, even if we don't post here, or need to lose it anymore.
