hey yall. So I know that weight is mostly calories in and calories out. I've tried calorie counting, but bounced back. Currently I'm trying to fix a few habits at a time, and I'm on a slow downward trend... but if I could do it faster I would.
I, like many others, have a fairly unhealthy relationship with food. I think if I could break my positive association with food, I could more easily control my intake. Do yall have any tips for decoupling food from happiness? How do you make yourself not constantly want food?
if not, no big deal, i think I'm already on the right path. I make mistakes, but I have an idea of what i need to cut out to move in the right direction.
